Overview
Alarsan is a multi-vendor marketplace: local sellers list their products, and customers order all of them from one app or the website. Behind the storefront sits the whole operating chain — a seller panel, an admin back office, a separate app for warehouse staff and a courier app that runs the city route. Ordering, intake, picking, delivery and returns are all tracked in the same system.
The order flow was built around local reality rather than a template: grouped deliveries so several orders travel together, a confirmation code handed to the customer at delivery, a 14-day return window in line with Azerbaijani law, settlement in manat only, and online card payment through a local payment provider. The app and the website work in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
